GREASE SEPARATOR PREMIER TECH SG SERIE
Description and characteristics:
Grease - animal and vegetable oils - are pollutants found in cooking oils such as frying oil, margarines and butters. The fat separator is a device used for the physical treatment of oily water contaminated with fats. It separates the oils found in oily wastewater and provides discharge values in accordance with the requirements in existing legislation under Decree Law 236/98 of 1 August. It aims to reduce the concentration of oils and grease in the discharge to below 15 mg/l. The oily water contaminated with fats comes from several sources, including canteens, restaurants, butcher shops, slaughter houses and catering establishments.
Prefabricated in HDPE, the Fats Separator is designed in accordance with Standard EN-1825-1 to receive all the oily water produced in the installation but is not set up to receive concentrated waste oil. It is also not permitted to channel domestic wastewater to the fat separator.
