Machining Center
Fialho & Irmão, Lda. , initially it was oriented towards the provision of support services to agriculture, having
later also specialized in the machining activity, in order to fulfill orders requested by our customers.
Our philosophy is to do it right, first time, at the expected cost and with the highest quality.
We have followed the technological evolution of the last few years, having machines and equipment to be
able to better serve the customer, with the quality that the market demands.
Fialho & Irmão, Lda. aims to be a reference company in the provision of machining services oriented to
the production of medium-sized series, seeking to meet the needs of our customers.
Customized Machines
Customized machines are in the DNA of Fialho & Irmão,lda.
It was through the need to reinforce imported machines and build new ones, adapting them to the difficult
lands of Alentejo that Fialho & Irmão, Lda was born.
We always design machines for agriculture with the help of an experienced technical team, able to listen and
assimilate the wishes of the customers, thus determining their complete needs.
Our Technical Office can work with the client until a solution is found or we can use ideas from other clients
who have already requested something similar. The needs of our customers are often very detailed, with
many of the pieces being built from existing items, which can be modified and others being made from scratch.
The machine is then manufactured, and any equipment processed must be finalized by the manufacturer.
When ready, the machine will then be assembled and tested.
Subcontracting
Fialho & Irmão, Lda. is a company dedicated to the construction of agricultural machinery and implements.
He has extensive experience working in high quality metalworking. By studying and accepting
subcontracting proposals, in the field of metalworking, having already in the years 2012, 2013, 2014, built
more than 6000 containers for cereals, destined for France. Our experience and knowledge allowed us to
master all production processes from cutting, bending, welding, through careful finishing,
namely washing, painting, accompanied by Quality Control throughout the process.
Fialho & Irmão, Lda., provides its client with a subcontracting of excellence, with all the details carried out
according to the customer's request, always guaranteeing the final quality. The company also has CNC
machines inserted in a machining center, surrounded by vast facilities and resources, managing to offer
the finished, at the expected cost and always delivered within the contracted period.
