The water steam thermal weeding machine is widely used in agriculture, more specifically in viticulture, for weed control in a modern and environmentally friendly way. The equipment emits heat in the form of steam, which causes a thermal shock in the plants, resulting in the destruction of the cells and, consequently, in the control of weeds.

The main functions of this machine are:

1. Steam weeding: The machine is specially designed to carry out steam weeding in the vineyard. Weeds growing between rows of vines can be treated with steam, providing effective control without the need for chemicals. The intense heat from the steam causes thermal damage to unwanted plants, weakening them or killing them altogether.

2. High-pressure steam disinfection: In addition to weeding, the machine can also be used to disinfect agricultural equipment, such as pruning shears, sprayers and other tools used in the vineyard. The high steam pressure helps eliminate unwanted microorganisms such as fungi and bacteria, helping to prevent plant diseases.

3. Hot water cleaning: The machine can be used to clean vineyard equipment and structures, such as tanks, barrels and floors. Hot water combined with steam pressure helps remove dirt, residue and stains for efficient cleaning.

The thermal steam weeding machine ECO GP 500-800L INOX is versatile and ideal for use in agriculture, especially in viticulture, offering an effective method of weed control, disinfection and cleaning of agricultural equipment and structures in the vineyard. Its use contributes to the reduction of the use of chemical products and to the preservation of the environment.

The ECO GP versions of the water vapor thermal thinning machine are designed to be coupled to tractors with a minimum power of 40HP. They work through hydraulic connections and use the tractor's battery as a source of energy.

ECO GP machines are supplied with the following components:

1. Anti-Calcium Kit: A special kit designed to prevent the formation of limescale deposits in the system, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the machine over time.

2. 10 meters of heat resistant hose: A durable hose resistant to high temperatures, allowing safe conduction of steam.

3. 90 cm thermal lance with steam hood: A 90 cm long thermal lance, equipped with a hood at the tip to efficiently distribute steam over unwanted plants.

All these equipment are prepared for the use of single or double front steam bars as an additional option.

The ECO GP Portable versions are equipped with a stainless steel tank with a capacity of 500 liters or 800 liters and are connected to the tractor's third point. They can be easily transported to different job sites.

The ECO GP Articulated version is sold without a cistern (tank) and has a trailer hitch, allowing application to the third point of the tractor. In that case, it is necessary to use an external water tank to supply the necessary water for the steam.

The ECO GP Trailed version is supplied with a 500 liters or 1000 liters tank, in addition to having an articulated steering wheel, which facilitates displacement and maneuvers.

All versions can be equipped with one boiler for a steam weeding boom, or with two boilers for using two booms simultaneously. This offers greater flexibility and efficiency during the process of treating unwanted plants.
